The launch ceremony of the book titled "Mediation in the Republic of Turkey" was held, organized by the Union of Mediators of the Turkic World and the Mediation Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan, with the support of MÜSİAD Azerbaijan.

At the ceremony, Nadir Adilov, Chairman of the Board of the Mediation Council, delivered a speech and highlighted the conference recently held in Ankara in cooperation with the Union of Mediators of the Turkic World. Adilov noted that this newly published book will serve as a practical resource for learning from Turkey's experience.

Elchin Khalefov, Prorector of the Justice Academy of the Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan, emphasized the importance of such publications in the field of mediation, stating that they play a significant role in studying international experiences.

Then, Reşad Cabirli, President of MÜSİAD Azerbaijan, took the floor. In his speech, he spoke about the efficiency of the joint cooperation and potential projects that could be realized in the future as a continuation of this collaboration.

The event continued with a speech by Narvin Mahmudova, the author of the book and mediator at the Baku Mediation Organization No. 15. Mahmudova explained that through this book, readers will find answers to questions about proper relationships between mediators and parties, disputes resolved through mediation, and the stages of the mediation process.

Kasım Shaliyev, Chairman of the Baku Mediation Organization No. 15, thanked Narvin Mahmudova for publishing the book and stated that other mediators at the organization also have great potential in this field. Shaliyev also shared the organization’s goals and ongoing activities.
